Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit tired and needed updating, but they were surprisingly quiet. Although I initially booked a room with two double beds and encountered some issues with the air conditioning, the reception eventually helped resolve the situation. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and professional. The location, while not very exciting, was peaceful and green, perfect for a short layover with convenient shuttle service to the airport. The dining options were limited but decent, offering a nice breakfast buffet with some hot dishes. Overall, a somewhat average experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were initially outdated and overrated for the price, but after notifying the Duty Manager about the room smell and rat bites on the milk packet, they promptly changed our room. The rooms, admittedly, aren't in the best condition.
The hotel may have some room for improvement with regards to the room conditions and initial room assignment issues, but the friendly service and convenient location make it a decent choice for a transit stay. The dining experience is enjoyable, and the facilities meet basic needs.
The hotel has very nice rooms with two large and comfortable double beds, a good-sized TV, balcony, lovely kitchen area, and bathroom. However, the rooms are showing their age, with some parts held together with silicon. The air conditioning was too cold and not easy to turn off.
The hotel offers basic but very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. The staff is helpful, professional, and cordial despite handling a high volume of guests. The location is perfect for commuting and provides easy access to nearby amenities, but the dining experience falls short with limited options. Overall, it's a good value for money choice with some room for improvement.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The room needs updating and the lighting could be better. However, it's conveniently located close to the airport. I had some challenges getting room service as the phone didn't work properly, and I couldn't open or lock the door smoothly. It was disappointing that they didn't have plates available when requested.
The hotel was a bit dated with limited vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast, but it had a balcony that provided a decent spot to relax and watch the surroundings. The rooms were functional yet run down, featuring old TV sets, peeling furniture, and basic bathrooms that need updating. The lighting was also insufficient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cleaned to an acceptable level and air-conditioned, but they looked old and tired and need some updates. However, we did face some air-con problems during our stay. The service was a bit of a hit or miss, with most staff being kind and helpful, although one receptionist was not as attentive. The location was quite nice and convenient, especially being close to the airport. The dining was wholesome with lots of fruit, but it seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered.
